great quality, well made product! wanted a wall-mountable poop bag dispenser for the house. you'd be surprised at the lack of products available. came with two (2) packs of 200 ct bags, 400 bags total and a set of keys to refill the bags. it also came with lags to mount onto posts and such but not screws to mount onto siding or wood but its not hard to go to your local hardware store and pick up screws. in the grand scheme of things this may be a bit "over kill" for residential use but its what we were looking for and it works great!
