So glad I bought this dolly. It has been invaluable in our move to a new house. It has helped us move heavy furniture up the stairs. The only thing I would request of the company, is to make the wheels a little bigger. It's just a little short of being perfect when going up the stairs. When we transport heavier items, I pull the dolly and my husband lifts it a little from the bottom when going up to the next stair. If not, it seems like it would scrape my stairs. Ultimately, having to lift the bottom is nothing compared to having to carry our heavy items up the stairs. Didn't want to use a regular hand truck because I think it would damage the stairs. We use the hand truck to get it to our door, then lift it on the dolly, go up the stairs and then put it on another hand truck in our house. We're in our 60's so gotta be careful not to hurt ourselves. I highly recommend this dolly. My driveway is on a hill, gravel, and a fairly long way to house. Then porch stairs to go up and a way to kitchen, and another way to pantry. A senior needs a bit of help to ease this trek from car to pantry. So, my first test was a large box of heavy groceries. It worked over the gravel better than expected, up the stairs onto porch and then back to pantry and down another step to get to that. I was not sure it would work, it did its job. First glance you are not sure, but it worked for me.We bought this for my daughter who is going off to college this month. The trek from her car to her dorm room is quite far and she chose a dorm on the top floor. The shipping on this was next day, which is amazing given the one we bought prior to this was lost in the mail for 3 weeks! Once we had it, it was easy to install. Just pop the wheels in, lock them in place, put the bag over the handle to secure it and wallah - a climbing cart! She plans to use it for groceries and may need to take the cover off in order to bring in bottled water. Whats great is that the platform clears the wheels so it doesnt matter how wide the cargo is. We also tested the weight bearing feature and miraculously it held my husband jumping up and down on it. Lets see how it holds up after this semester. This works great. I live in the 3rd floor so traveling up stairs with groceries is a hassle if I don’t use this. My only complaint is that I wish the build quality was a bit better for the price. Sometimes the overall build is flimsy if I fill the bag. And the inside of the bag is showing signs of wear after 2 months. Hopefully I get at least a year with this.We have a lot of stairs and this has made it so much easier to bring things into the house. The bag straps onto the cart and is very sturdy. The cart itself folds down easily. I love it.I got this for the second time. I live in on the third story and had no help with bringing them up. Pregnant and all honestly made it fairly easy to carry or push i would fill it as much as could so I wouldn’t do a double trip lol. But its great buy it still looks brand new and ive had it for a year now.I'm in my late 50s. I purchased this item to make it easier to bring groceries and others items up a flight of exterior stairs to my 2nd floor condo. I put a couple of items on it and went down the stairs first. It made it down but didn't move cleanly from one step to the next. There was no problem wheeling it on the ground or going up and down the curb. Unfortunately, when I tried going up the stairs, the wheels would not extend far enough and couldn't climb to the next step. I measured the rise between the steps, and it was anywhere from 7.5" to 8". I went up a different set of steps with a 7" rise and the cart worked fine.If information about maximum riser height had been included on the website, I would have known it wouldn't work for me and wouldn't have purchased it. PLEASE NOTE: I purchased the "Bigger" Trolley Cart because of the enhanced durability; however, they made no changes to the wheels that you'll find on their standard cart. In my opinion, the "Bigger" Trolley Cart should come with "Bigger" wheels. The bag is well-constructed with nice thick fabric and it's quite roomy inside. All the pockets and zippers are a nice feature as well. Assembly was simple.I'm moving in a few weeks to another 2nd floor Condo and hoping the stairs can accommodate this cart. Otherwise, I'll be returning it.I find the dolly doesn't work so well with steep narrow stairs... as in, if the stair itself isn't very deep. The wheels have to have enough space on the actual stair to gain momentum to be useful. If you have stairs that are steep and shallow, I really don't understand how this dolly helps. You still have to drag the dolly up. I still made a lot of noise up 4 flights of stairs and was totally out of breath by the time I got to the top. I wouldn't suggest this for people who have serious walkups, unfortunately.I recommend to everyoneCompré el color "Mosaico Marroquí", que está precioso, y quedé encantada con su funcionalidad. The metal frame is kind of weak, but should hold. It is built to spec, but not built to exceed weight limits. It folds really easily, however it unfolds without resistance. They should have built in a clasp to hold it closed. The bag is really cheaply made, it works, but I expect better quality. Zipper are just junk, but work. Only issue I have is if you have heavy items like a jug of milk, it can slide around and push the bag off the platform. The bag won't fall off, but you are likely to kick the bag and your trolley will start leaning. Could have been built with fabric clasp to anchor the bag to the platform. Oh and it is really hard to slide the bag on and off the trolley. Overall works really well as a trolley, however very disappoint in terms of quality. I still recommend it, just set your expectations low for quality.
